Insurance Coverage and Payment

We only accept Medicare and no other insurance payments. Aside from Medicare patients, you will be responsible for paying for the cost of all services provided. Payment is required on the date of service. We are happy to provide you with an upfront estimate of your costs and we can provide you with medical or procedure notes so that you can file an insurance claim yourself.

Additional Services Provided For Out Of Town Patients

  • Co-ordination of your travel plans and medical appointments.
  • Preferred hotel rates. We have negotiated preferred rates with The Residence Inn, Natick  for our out of town patients. Our rates  include free wifi. The hotels are about 5-10 minutes from our location by car and provide free shuttles to and from our center.  (The Residence Inn is across from the Natick Mall which is also known as The Natick Collection.) (You are responsible for your reservations and the cost of your accommodation.)
The Center for Morton’s Neuroma is located in Framingham, Massachusetts – Patients come to see us from all over the USA (including Massachusetts, California, Michigan, Texas, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, New York, New Jersey and Florida – to name a few) as well as Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia!
