Out of Town Patients
Insurance Coverage and Payment
We accept Medicare and many large national insurance carriers as long as we currently have a contract with them. This includes Blue Cross Blue Shields and United Health Care among others. If we do not have a contract with your insurance company, you will be responsible for all services. Payment is required on the date of service. We are happy to provide you with an upfront estimate of your costs and our billing staff will help you with insurance claim support. Additional Services Provided For Out Of Town Patients
Out of town patients will be provided with a dedicated personal administrative assistant to help with travel and logistics. We provide the following additional services to our of town patients:
- Co-ordination of your travel plans and medical appointments.
- Organization of all your local transportation such as from the airport to your hotel, our center and as necessary, other locations. (You are responsible for transportation fees.) We have various corporate rates that we have negotiated for your local transportation.
- Booking of your Hotel reservations. We have negotiated preferred rates with the Verve Hotel in Natick and The Natick Hampton Inn for out of town patients. Our rates include free wifi. The hotels are about 5-10 minutes from our location by car and provide free shuttles to and from our center. (The Verve Hotel is across from the Natick Mall which is also known as The Natick Collection.) (You are responsible for all the cost of your accommodation.)
The Center for Morton’s Neuroma is located in Framingham, Massachusetts – Patients come to see us from all over the USA (including Massachusetts, California, Michigan, Texas, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, New York, New Jersey and Florida – to name a few) as well as Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia!
