Meet Our Foot Pain Specialist, Dr. Gosal:
Satwinder K. Gosal, DPM was born and raised in Northern California. She is a Podiatrist at the Center for Morton’s Neuroma. Previously she was a staff Podiatrist at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Dr. Gosal earned her BS in Biological Sciences from the University of the Pacific (Stockton, CA) and her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University (Oakland, CA). After graduating, she completed a number of externships throughout California, and then completed her Podiatric Residency at Massachusetts General Hospital. According to the department head at Massachusetts General Hospital, “She is one of the top people we’ve ever trained.”
Dr. Gosal is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Medicine and a Certified Diplomate of American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
She is a member of:
- The American Association for Women Podiatrists
- The American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine
- The American Podiatric Medical Association, and,
- The Massachusetts Podiatric Medical Society
Previously, Dr. Gosal was a faculty member of the MGH Podiatric Residency and was the past secretary for the American Association for Women Podiatrists.
Dr. Gosal was only 1 of 2 residents trained at the Mass General Hospital that were asked to stay on at the Mass General Hospital as staff podiatrists after their training.
